Babytalk
Just spent a nice weekend in Derby visiting some relatives – a cousin with a toddler, one with a 2-month old baby, and one expecting next month! So there was lots of babytalk! Despite plenty of experience in the whole field of babies (I’ve been an auntie since the age of 8, and have no less than 8 nephews and nieces), and although I love wee babies (they definitely rate high on the cute scale), I am not very maternal/broody. But I am nonetheless filled with admiration for mothers all over the world, the whole pregnancy thing is more than enough to put me off! Of course some day I could change!
