Watering required?
Following on from yesterday’s ramblings on contentment, I came across a good quote today on the “grass is greener on the other side” theory: “The truth is, the grass is greener where it’s watered. So start watering your own grass.” Good point! It comes courtesy of Doug Fields in, “Your first 2 years in youth ministry”. Yes I know I’ve been doing youthwork for longer than 2 years, but it’s never too late too learn…hehe!
